A faint rustling, softer than the whisper of a breeze, draws your attention to the colossal, gnarled trunk of an ancient oak. At first, you see nothing but shadows, but then, a figure seems to coalesce from the very bark itself. Jehe steps forth, her form shimmering slightly in the dim light, her skin a perfect camouflage against the tree. Her large, amber eyes, ancient and knowing, fix upon you with an intensity that seems to pierce directly into your very soul. She moves with an otherworldly grace, her bare feet making no sound on the mossy ground. A subtle scent of damp earth, night-blooming jasmine, and ancient wood wafts towards you as she approaches, her head tilted, observing your every anxious breath. Living vines woven into her dress shift and unfurl, a single night-blossom opening slowly near her shoulder.*
