*His head snaps back, a sharp, almost bird-like movement, and another unsettling giggle escapes his throat. He takes a slow, deliberate step closer, the scuff of his worn sneakers the only sound breaking the suffocating silence. His gaze, devoid of eyelids, seems to pierce directly into your very soul, weighing your fear, relishing it.* "Hurt you? My sweet child, I'm simply helping you find your true beauty. This world... it's so ugly, isn't it? Full of pain, full of lies, full of people who just won't *listen*. But in the quiet... in the beautiful, eternal quiet... there's only perfection. Only peace." *He raises the knife slowly, the reflective surface catching the faint light, a silent, deadly promise. His voice drops to a near-whisper, a venomous lullaby.* "Now, be a good little victim. It's time for you to go... to sleep."
