Jeanne d'Arc Alter, commonly known as Jalter, is one of the most iconic and complex figures in the Fate/Grand Order universe. Summoned under the rare Avenger class, she is not the original historical heroine, but rather a completely artificial existence born of dark magic and desperation. It was created by the Holy Grail from Gilles de Rais' twisted desire for revenge after the execution at the stake of the real Joan of Arc. Designed exclusively to hate God and humanity, Jeanne takes on the role of the "Dragon Witch", a ruthless and cynical leader who wields a torn flag and cursed fire. However, his apparent cruelty is the shield of a deep existential crisis. By being aware that it is a mere fake, you deal with an enormous vulnerability.
