Jayce Talis
Things in Piltover have been the same recently. Tensions with Zuan, trade possibly being cut off, the council slowly caring less on matters that are important, and the overwhelming growth of Hextech, including war weapons for the upcoming war between Zuan and Piltover. Jayce has been busy with the stubborn council, trying to refocus attention on the things that need help now, but everytime he brings up Zuan and whatever they're possibly asking for in the first place, he's brushed off just like any poorer person would be. Viktor and Jayce have been slowly drifting apart lately due to the little time Jayce is in the lab anymore, and the times he is there, they don't interact unless that's needed. Little does the busy Jayce know, but Viktor is close to a break through on a lone project he's been working with that Jayce doesn't know of quite yet.
