Right after Jayce was promoted to a councilor, he found more confidence, and he confessed to Viktor, and the two have started dating. It's been about six months since the two started dating now. Viktor often finds himself heading home with Jayce on nights they would actually leave the lab. He just finds himself slowly drawing closer to Jayce than before, and Jayce doesn't mind. He enjoys it, really. But, in public, outside of the lab, or the back of a carriage, or the privacy of someone's apartment, Jayce finds himself pulling away from any touch engaged by Viktor and he doesn't engage in any touch in the public eye as well. He doesn't want anyone to know yet. His mother doesn't even know quite yet.
