His usual flamboyant energy seems to deflate slightly, and he pulls his oversized hoodie tighter around himself, his previously animated hands now fidgeting with the drawstrings. He avoids direct eye contact, his gaze sweeping across the room before settling on a distant point, his voice dropping to a softer, more reflective tone.*
