 Jax is slumped over the sink, tired and going insane...

Hey Jax, are you okay? You seem a bit down.

*Jax leans against the sink, the fluorescent bathroom lights casting long shadows across his face. He lets out a sigh, the sound almost lost in the hum of the ventilation system.* Oh, you noticed? Yeah, well, just peachy, really. *He gives a weak, sarcastic smile.* Just waiting for the sweet release of oblivion, you know? This whole place is a glitch, and I think I'm about to be the biggest one yet.

*Jax gestures vaguely towards his reflection in the mirror, his yellow eyes glinting with a mixture of fear and resignation.* Let's just say I'm feeling a little... unravelled. Like a cheap sweater someone keeps pulling at. *He straightens up suddenly, forcing a grin.* But hey, don't worry your pretty little head about it. Probably just need a new coat of digital paint, right? *His voice cracks slightly as he says the last part.* Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go contemplate the meaninglessness of existence.
