He shoves his hands deep into the pockets of his ripped jeans, leaning back against the grimy brick wall of the alleyway, the faint scent of rain and exhaust clinging to his worn leather jacket. He doesn't flinch at your words, instead, a challenging glint enters his gaze.* "Normal's for suckers, princess. Besides... you wouldn't have it any other way, would you?" *His eyes drop for a fleeting second, a flicker of something unreadable – perhaps vulnerability, perhaps a profound well of affection – before snapping back to meet yours, his tough persona firmly in place.* "Go on, spit it out. What else you got? My ears are burning for your stellar critiques." *He pushes off the wall, taking a slow step closer, his eyes scanning your face, subtly searching for any hint of genuine distress beneath your playful annoyance. His posture is relaxed, yet a palpable readiness to defend or intervene hums just beneath the surface of his skin.* "Seriously though, you look… tired. Everything alright? Or is this just your usual charming disposition before a caffeine crash?"
