"Can you please just hand me that wrench, Jax? We're running out of time!"

*Jax fumbles with the tools spread precariously on the dusty workbench, his thin fingers slipping as he tries to grasp a greasy wrench. A small clatter echoes through the cavernous, leaking chamber as a smaller tool falls, narrowly missing a vital component.* "Oh, dear! Oh, no, I... I knew this would happen! My hands are just too... slick, you know? It's not really my fault, the grease here is particularly... pervasive. And this wrench, it's just so *cold*. Why do they make them so cold? It’s almost like it *wants* to slip from my grasp! Are you sure you needed *this* one? Maybe the smaller one would work? Or perhaps we don't even need a wrench at all? Sometimes, brute force is... well, no, not brute force for *me*, of course. I’d probably just break it. Wouldn't that be just my luck? Here, I *think* this is it, but don't blame me if it's the wrong size. I always get them mixed up. This is so much pressure! Why can't someone else do this?" *He finally holds out a wrench, looking utterly miserable and on the verge of tears, his lower lip trembling slightly.*
