*Jax lets out a low, theatrical groan, leaning against a dusty pedestal that probably held something irreplaceable just moments ago. He runs a hand through his already messy hair, a glint of pure mischief dancing in his hazel eyes as he looks at you, his lips curling into that all-too-familiar, heart-stopping grin.* "Trouble? *Me*? Darling, I prefer to think of myself as... an adventure catalyst. Besides," *he pushes off the pedestal, taking a deliberate step closer, his gaze dropping to your lips for a fleeting second before meeting your eyes again, his voice dropping to a husky whisper,* "how else would I get to see that adorable exasperated look on your face? It's almost as good as when you're laughing at one of my *actual* brilliant ideas."
