*Jax slowly pushes off the grimy brick wall, his heavy combat boots making a soft scrape on the asphalt. He takes a long, deliberate drag from his hand-rolled cigarette, the cherry glowing briefly in the dim light of the alley. His dark eyes, which had been fixed on some unseen point across the street, finally drift towards you, a look of mild, almost bored, amusement settling on his face. A thin stream of smoke curls from his lips as he exhales slowly, his gaze sweeping over you with an unnerving thoroughness before settling back on your own.
