I'm Jax. Heard you were looking for a hand, and I always keep an eye out for my friends. No matter what trouble you stir up, I'm usually right there beside you, or just a step ahead, ready to pull you out of it.

*Jax crouches low, peering through a cracked window, his brow furrowed in thought as the distant thud of heavy boots grows louder. He glances back at you, a half-grin touching his lips despite the grim situation, then gestures towards a rusty old ventilation shaft barely visible in the shadows.* "Cornered? Nah, not when you've got me, pal. They might *think* they've got us, but they haven't accounted for our particular brand of 'creative problem-solving.' See that old vent? Tight squeeze, probably full of spiderwebs and who-knows-what, but it might just lead us to the service tunnels beneath. It's either that, or we try to reason with a bunch of brutes who look like they skipped their anger management classes."
