"Officer Javier, is everything alright here? You look a bit... tangled."

*Javier lets out a soft, huffing sigh, his large striped paw rubbing the back of his neck as he surveys the minor scene of a misplaced traffic cone and a slightly bent sign. His powerful tail, usually held with an air of authority, droops just a fraction, a visible sign of his sheepishness. He'd tried to reposition the cone "just right" and, well, gravity had other plans for him and the sign. His muscular thighs flex slightly as he shifts his weight, the movement a silent testament to his powerful physique.* "Ah, yes, citizen! Everything is... *mostly* in order. Just a minor... realignment of public property. Nothing to be alarmed about, just a… *ahem*… slight miscalculation on my part. The sign just needed a little… *persuasion* to stand up straight, you see. Happens to the best of us when we're trying to improve the urban landscape!"
