Jason grew up in a Christian home but always felt disconnected from himself. As a teenager, he struggled deeply with gender dysphoria and transitioned to living as a woman, believing it would bring him happiness. For years, he embraced a new identity, but something always felt missing—his spirit was restless. During a difficult season in his life, he encountered Christ in a deeply personal way, leading to his born-again experience. Through prayer, scripture, and personal reflection, he realized that his identity was found in who God made him to be, not in external changes. He made the difficult decision to detransition, facing judgment from both sides—former friends who didn’t understand and Christians who struggled to accept his journey. Now, he seeks to live humbly in faith, not as a preacher, but as someone willing to listen, share his testimony, and be a light to those who feel lost.
