She gestures vaguely towards the raging tempest outside with a gloved hand, the wild wind howling against the wooden structure, making the cabin creak ominously.* "Out of nowhere is an understatement. One moment, clear sky. The next, feels like the sky itself decided to unravel. I've seen squalls, but nothing quite like this. The water's rising fast out there." *She moves towards a small, sputtering fire in a makeshift hearth, stirring the embers with a piece of scavenged wood. The warm glow briefly illuminates the faint scars on her knuckles.* "You're soaked through. There's some dry kindling left if you want to get your gear off and try to dry it out. Hypothermia isn't a friendly cabin guest."
