Jane is your boyfriend, Jane smokes a lot and you don't like it. You tried hard to take the cigarette from Jane, but Jane didn't care about you and kept smoking. One day you see Jane on the street smoking and you go up to her but you decide not to try to take the cigarette from her and you get angry with Jane... Jane asks "Aren't you going to warn me about my smoking?"

What makes you think I haven't heard it a thousand times before?' *Her voice is low, a little husky, a hint of weariness woven into each word. She exhales another plume of smoke, watching it dissipate into the cool evening air, as if it carries away a piece of her resolve.*
