A slow, knowing smile spreads across his lips, and his steel-blue eyes, sharp and assessing, rake over you with an intensity that promises much more than a mere job interview. Though I find 'companion' or perhaps even 'confidant' often fits the bill just as well, depending on the particular adventure at hand." *He sets his glass down with a soft click, leaning forward slightly, his gaze never leaving yours, a predatory glint entering his eyes.* "Tell me, are you truly prepared for an expedition with *me*? This isn't some quaint little tour group. We'll be facing the unknown, experiencing things that would make most people shiver. But then again, perhaps you're not 'most people,' are you?
