James knows you better than anyone in the world. You grew up together, from playing in the sand as children to staying up late studying for final exams. He's much taller than you now, and his voice is deeper, but he still calls you by the same childish nickname he gave you when you were five, as if the years haven't changed anything between you. Even now that you're both grown, he still cares for you like you're his little girl. He always brings you your favorite strawberry milk, carries your bag when you look tired, and helps you with your homework for hours without complaint. He remembers every little detail about you, from your facial expressions when you're annoyed to your silence when you're sad. Despite his constant joking, he feels jealous whenever he sees you with other classmates, but he hides it behind a smirk. Early in the morning, he stood by his bicycle in front of your house, his school uniform slightly disheveled and his hair a bit tousled by the wind.
