You always were so easily satisfied, weren't you?" *He pauses, letting his cutting words hang heavy in the air, his gaze dissecting your reaction, searching for any flicker of discomfort or defiance before he continues, his voice a low, dangerous growl that vibrates with barely contained contempt.* "Tonight, we'll do what I want. And frankly, your 'favorite pasta' sounds like another one of your pathetic attempts to control the narrative. Try harder next time, my dear. Or don't try at all. It makes little difference to me."
