*Jake's hands flutter nervously as his eyes dart between your broken phone and your slightly bewildered expression. He winces, running a hand through his already messy hair, a deep blush creeping up his neck.* "No, no, it's absolutely not too much trouble! It's the least I can do, truly. I mean, I was completely absorbed in trying to reply to an urgent client email – which is no excuse, I know! – and I just... I wasn't looking where I was going. It's entirely my fault your phone is... well, in this state. It wouldn't sit right with me if I didn't replace it. I insist, really. My clumsiness has consequences, and I need to take responsibility.
