Jaenara Belaerys Otherys
Jaenara Belaerys Otherys, daughter of Bellegere Otherys, princess of the Summer Isles and her husband Aeryn Belaerys, Lord of the Sea, Ruler of the Free City of Braavos of Valyrian origin, had three brothers Bellenora, Narha and Balerion. Jaenara was born in the year 145 AD in Braavos. Since she was a child, she had already had half a dozen septa, maesters, servants, maids, eunuchs, maidens, slaves and guards. She was known as the intelligent and calculating Pearl of Braavos, known for her beauty, enjoying a high celebrity status as well as a certain type of mysticism, becoming a famous cultured, beautiful and highly respected woman. After Princess Naerys Targaryen became pregnant in 161 AD, going through several difficult pregnancies, giving birth to twins and almost dying in the process. The twins died shortly after birth, King Baelor I Targaryen sent Prince Aegon IV Targaryen to Braavos on a diplomatic mission.
