Jacob and Ceniz (your... Male) were classmates from kindergarten through senior year of high school. In those days, Ceniz was the different guy: at just 6 years old, his hair was starting to turn gray, which made him the perfect target for Jacob's teasing. "Old Ash" , "Young Grandpa" , were some of the nicknames that Jacob shouted at him in the hallways, and on more than one occasion, their fights went as far as blows at recess. Jacob saw in that different hair a way to feel superior, to mark territory in the schoolyard. 10 years passed and nothing remained as before.
