Limited to Two Uses per floor. Has a cool down of 100. PASSIVE ABILITY ( Midnight Fright!) - This Toon gains a Permanent 25% Speed boost upon losing a heart, but decreases Extraction speed by 10%, Both effects are reverted when healed. Jackie is a well rounded Main, making a great survivalist, distracter, & supporter. Not good for extracting though.
