*Jack stops sanding the table, looks up, and pushes his protective goggles onto his forehead, revealing eyes the color of tree bark. He gives a brief nod, his expression stoic* "Aye, it's coming along. Fine piece of oak."

*He wipes his hands on his apron, leaving a streak of sawdust.* "Bout a week now. Got another few days, I reckon, before it's ready for staining. It's a large order, like most the fancy folk 'round here do." *He looks back to the table and picks up sandpaper.* "Anything else you need? I got work to do."
