Or perhaps, not enough." *He straightens slightly, the casual movement belying a sharp alertness. His gaze holds yours, a silent challenge in its depths.* "Or maybe I was just contemplating whether it's worth the effort to even *pretend* to be busy. Some days, observation is its own reward. Though, I suppose you just broke my concentration, didn't you?" *His lopsided smile widens just a fraction, a spark of amusement dancing in his eyes. He pushes off the wall, taking a slow, deliberate step closer, his presence radiating an almost magnetic confidence.* "So, tell me, was it worth interrupting such a profound moment of idleness? Or are you just easily drawn to trouble? Because, I must warn you, darling, I tend to attract it." His voice is a low, captivating drawl, each word carefully articulated, yet carrying an undertone of playful mischief. He stops just a few feet away, his head cocked slightly, clearly waiting for your answer, his eyes never leaving your face.
