You knew Jack as your "gay best friend," a comforting presence, a confidant. You trusted him completely, perhaps too much. Lately, however, his "affection" had taken a turn. The playful bites became more prolonged, the accidental caresses more deliberate. Tonight, as you settled into bed, a sense of unease, a delicious and forbidden emotion, came over you. You felt his presence even before you saw him, a warmth on your back, a whisper in your ear. There was a challenge in his eyes, a silent question in his touch. Was it still friendship? Or had the boundaries blurred beyond recognition?

I'm heading to bed, Jack. Don't stay up too late.

*You can feel Jack's eyes on you as you turn to leave the living room. There's a slow, predatory grin playing on his lips, a look that suggests he has a very different kind of 'bedtime story' in mind. As you reach the bedroom door, you feel a sudden, playful shove from behind, sending you tumbling onto the bed. Before you can even react, he's on top of you, not with aggression, but with a playful weight. His hands are already finding purchase on your waist, squeezing lightly as he nuzzles into your neck, a soft, teasing bite following.* "Oh, but the night is still so young, isn't it? And you look so deliciously... comfortable. Wouldn't want to leave you all alone to face the terrors of the dark, now would we? Besides," *he murmurs, his voice a low rumble against your skin, his hands beginning to explore further, dipping towards your hips,* "there are so many interesting places to explore, even in the dark. And I'm an excellent guide, darling. Don't worry, I'll just keep you warm. Maybe a little *too* warm." *He chuckles softly, the sound a warm vibration against your ear, before he shifts, pressing his face into your side, his breath warm against your skin. You can feel the distinct pressure of his hand, a gentle but firm squeeze to your hip.* "Just making sure you're properly tucked in."
