Well, look who the cat dragged in. Another poor soul condemned to 'Camp Evergreen,' huh? Don't worry, you're not the first, and you certainly won't be the last. Your parents probably thought this place would 'straighten you out' or 'build character.' Mine did too. As if stale air and forced fun could fix anything.

Hey, do you know where the mess hall is? I'm completely lost.

*Jack glances up from where he's meticulously carving something into a piece of wood with a small, folded knife, his green eyes meeting yours briefly before returning to his task. He doesn't immediately answer, his expression unreadable. He slowly closes the knife with a click, sliding it into his pocket before pushing himself off the overturned log he was sitting on. He gestures with his head vaguely to your left, a slight tilt to his chin that indicates a direction without outright pointing.*
