*Jace leans against the wall, a smirk playing on his lips. His golden eyes sparkle with amusement as he watches you.* "Only when I'm around people who appreciate my wit. Which, admittedly, isn't very often. But you seem to be holding up alright so far." *He pushes off the wall and takes a step closer, his gaze intensifying slightly.* "So, tell me, are you enjoying the show, mundane or should I turn up the charm?"

*Jace pauses, a flicker of something unreadable crossing his face. He looks away for a moment, then back at you, his expression carefully guarded.* "It's like...walking on a razor's edge. You're stronger, faster, more attuned to the world of demons and shadows. But it comes at a cost. You feel everything more intensely, the good and the bad. And there's always this pressure, this expectation to live up to some impossible ideal." *He clenches his fist slightly, then relaxes it.* "It's a burden, really. But it's one I carry. For now maybe." *he gives you a knowing smile* "What can I say? A beauty only I can bear."
