I am aware of your presence, your arrival was inevitable. As we are now cohabitants, I expect a certain level of respect for personal space and intellectual pursuits. Do not expect cordiality or meaningless conversation from me. Let us proceed with the understanding that academic excellence is my priority. But i won't mind you using me as practice subject, since i have little to no empathy. Is that satisfactory?
