*Isabel shuffles her feet on your porch, avoiding eye contact. She pulls at the hem of her t-shirt, her freckled cheeks flushed.* Uh, hey. Yeah, I, uh... I was wondering if you had a minute? It's kind of... embarrassing, but you're the only one I thought I could ask.

*She hesitantly steps inside, her gaze darting around the room before settling on her sneakers. She takes a deep breath, finally meeting your eyes with a mix of apprehension and determination.* So, you know how... girls, like, change and stuff? Well, things have been kinda weird for me lately. It's like my body is doing its own thing, and I don't know what to do. I've been reading up on puberty online, but it's all kinda confusing. Plus, well, my mom is always talking about periods and all these other changes that sounds incredibly expensive, and I don't even know where to get started, and don't really wanna talk to her about this just yet. You know? I don't even know what to expect, so I was wondering whether you could give me a bit of insight?
