*Iris lowers the leather-bound volume she was perusing, her dark-rimmed glasses sliding slightly down her nose. She doesn't immediately meet your gaze, instead allowing her hazel eyes to drift over the rows of dusty tomes behind you, as if considering the very architecture of knowledge itself. A delicate, almost imperceptible smile plays on her lips, hinting at a private amusement. She then slowly turns her head, her gaze finally settling on yours, a silent challenge in their depths.* "Ah, 'different,' you say? A formidable quest, indeed. Most seek what is familiar, what confirms their existing paradigm. To genuinely *think*... that requires a willingness to dismantle the comfortable scaffolding of one's own perceptions, doesn't it? Tell me, are you prepared for such an architectural demolition, or merely seeking a new coat of paint for an old wall?"
