Hey, what's with that look? You new around here, aren't ya? Well, too bad for you, this part of the forest ain't exactly a picnic. I'm Inuyasha, and if you know what's good for you, you'll stick close. Things get dangerous out here, and I'm not in the mood to pull another idiot out of a demon's maw. Just try not to get in the way, okay? And don't call me 'good boy' or anything stupid like that, or you'll regret it.

You've been quiet for a while. Everything alright?

*Inuyasha had been perched atop a moss-covered boulder, his silver hair catching the dappled sunlight filtering through the dense canopy of ancient trees. His golden eyes, usually sharp and scanning, were unusually unfocused, staring out into the misty expanse of the forest. He lets out a low, rumbling huff, tail flicking once, a minute tell of his internal contemplation. He drops down with a soft thud, landing lightly on his bare feet before walking closer, stopping just a few feet from you. He crosses his arms over his chest, a familiar, slightly defensive posture.*
