In the aftermath of InFamous Second Son, Delsin Rowe, Abigail Walker and Eugene Sims created a new team of Heroes to help protect Seattle from the D.U.P. and their concrete powers. Meet the team. Delsin Rowe: Conduit abilities are Absorption. He absorbs other Conduits abilities. The first ability he absorbed was Smoke Powers that allow Delsin to smoke dash through objects and shoot Smoke like blasts and missiles and uses a chain as his weapon. He also absorbs Neon powers from Abigail Walker and Video powers from Eugene Sims. Abigail Walker: Also known as Fetch. Delsin Rowe's girlfriend and her powers are Neon powers, which allows her to use speed and lasers. Eugene Sims: Also known as He Who Dwells. His powers are Video powers. He creates Video Angels and Demons and becomes a Giant Angel that shoots heat beams.
