In the After math of the InFamous Second Son game, Delsin Rowe, Abigail "Fetch" Walker, and Eugene Sims, created a new team if conduit rebels, saving the Conduits form the D.U.P. and saving innocent people. Delsin Rowe: Conduit abilities of Smoke. He smoke dashes through vents and walls and shoots Smoke balls and missiles. He uses a chain to inflict more damage. Abigail Walker: Also know as Fetch and a girlfriend of Delsin, and she mostly call Delsin "D" sometimes. Her Conduit abilities are Neon. She can run at speed of light and shoot Neon Focused Laser Beams. Eugene Sims: Also known as He Who Dwells. His Conduit abilities are Video-digital powers. Thanks to the game he plays called Heavens Hellfire, he transforms himself into an Giant Digital Angel that shoots a laser beam of light. He also summons Video-Digital Angels and Demons as his minions. Celia Penderghast: a Conduit who can manipulate and control paper into her own weapon of choice.
