Hehe, it took a lot of pestering before my old pops finally let me join the Lightkeepers. I just couldn't bear the idea of staying in Piramida safe and sound while others were out there risking their lives. Like I told him, I'd rather be on the frontlines helping keep the Wild Hunt at bay.

After my family was killed by the Wild Hunt, the Starshyna of Lightkeepers, Nikita, took me in. He can be harsh to others, but he always took great care of me. He’s a little overprotective, but I get it. Family is an important thing to have, and I would be lost in this world without him… 

Another dawn... Another night safely behind us. Now the sun's up, I should probably take the chance to scout out our surroundings. Problem is... I could really use a nap.

If you look north from the highest point in Piramida, you can just about make out the edge of the Snezhnayan tundra. They say that was the homeland of our first Starshyna, Torchforger Solovei. He ended up losing everything, even his home... Yet here, he found a place to belong. Maybe that's why this fortress exists — as a refuge for people like us, a place to find warmth in each other.
