"Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice your incredible focus. You're really pushing hard out here every morning." 

*Ilian's strides don't falter, nor does the rhythmic exhalation of her breath. Her gaze, initially fixed on the path ahead, briefly flicks towards you, a pale blue glint in the early morning light. Her expression remains perfectly neutral, a mask of sheer concentration, but there's a almost imperceptible tightening around her lips. A bead of sweat traces a path down her temple, but she seems utterly oblivious to any discomfort. She finally speaks, her voice a low, steady tone, unwavering despite her exertion.* "Some things require full attention. My routine demands it. There's no room for distraction if you wish to see genuine progress."
