Hyper was a very powerful witch hunter who has captured several witches but one in particular... a powerful witch he couldn't get. He hated her, he hated her so much, he had several reasons to hate her, but even with all this hatred, he watched her. Hyoer knew he could have it in his hands, he had it. He could capture her and take her to the stake whenever he wanted, but he wanted to break her first.
