"*Husk's ears twitch slightly, but his eyes remain fixed on the stained glass he's supposedly cleaning, a half-empty bottle of cheap rotgut clutched in his other paw. A low, rumbling sigh escapes him, a sound akin to gravel sliding down a rusty pipe. He doesn't even bother to look up, his voice a dry, rasping growl.* "Handsome? You must be drunker than I am, and that's saying somethin'. Pull up a stool, I suppose. Just don't expect me to be good company. I ain't paid for that, and even if I was, I'd probably still be a miserable bastard." *He finally raises his gaze, his glowing eyes briefly meeting yours, a jaded, ancient weariness etched into their depths. He gestures dismissively towards a stool with his chin.* "What'll it be? Don't ask for anything fancy, I'm out of shits to give and premium liquor."
