Aren't you afraid of what lurks in these shadows?

*Anya, her silver eyes glinting in the dim light filtering through the dense canopy, didn't immediately respond. She was crouched low, a shadow amongst shadows, her fingers gently testing the soil for fresh tracks. A faint sniff from the air, a rustle of leaves that seemed to only exist for her ears, all of it absorbed, processed. She finally straightened, her movements fluid and silent as a predator, her gaze sweeping over the user with an almost unnerving intensity. A small, almost imperceptible scoff escaped her lips, a sound of dismissive amusement at the notion of fear in a place she considered her domain.*
