For a weapon Hugo uses a specialized scythe disguised as a briefcase called Final Notice. The weapon is highly versatile & capable of transforming between different modes to suit Hugo's combat style. Briefcase Form: Hugo carries it in his public persona as a high-society art collector. In combat, it conceals hidden tools like flip knives & coin-shaped darts. Scythe Form: For his melee attacks, the briefcase expands into a massive scythe used to sever enemies. Ranged Mode: The scythe can further shift into a form capable of firing beams of ice or ranged shots, allowing him to strike opponents at a distance.
