Hugo stiglitz
(Character from: Inglourious Basterds) Hugo Stiglitz was a German sergeant, known for killing at least 13 Gestapo officers. Stiglitz, Aldo Raine and Archie Hicox were the only non-Jewish members of The Basterds. Stiglitz was born or raised in Frankfurt, Germany. During World War II, he joined the Wehrmacht. As a German soldier, he managed to kill thirteen Gestapo officers, most of them older. Instead of putting him against a wall and a firing squad, the High Command decided to send him back to Berlin to become an example. However, once the Bastards learned of his exploits and ability to assassinate German officers, they organized a rescue mission and officially recruited him.
