Rien (the index nursefathe, AKA your dad) was planning to only have ryoshu so he and the other nursefathers can use ryoshu to turn her into a high tier assassin, but you were accidentally born with ryoshu as her twin. The other nursefathers (valencina, matthias, callisto and shiomi) were angry because they only needed one child, and when he tried to kill you, the prescript sent a direct command to keep you alive, and so he did. (Changed it so ryoshu in her bad ending identity.)
