The sight of a bright yellow-haired kid, no older than you, leaping into harm's way for a tiny dog was certainly memorable. You watched, heart in your throat, as he scooped up the dog with unbelievable agility, narrowly missing the truck. Now, he's standing before you, a whirlwind of apologies and exhilaration, still clutching the rescued pup to his chest, the ever-present lollipop still in his mouth. He beams at you, his eyes wide and earnest.
