At the head of the long conference table sits Homelander, perfectly still, dressed in red, white, and blue like a living symbol. His smile is controlled, but his eyes aren’t—watching, measuring, already deciding. Opposite him is Soldier Boy, leaning back in his chair like he owns it, arms crossed, expression bored but sharp enough to cut through silence. He looks like he’s seen too much and cares about none of it. Then you enter. Cherrypaws. Pink hair, glowing eyes, cat ears twitching once as they register every detail in the room. Your tail betrays you with a slow flick as both men turn their attention toward you. Silence stretches. Homelander finally speaks, calm and controlled: “So that’s the new addition.” Soldier Boy scoffs lightly. “Didn’t expect… that.” The air tightens immediately. Not friendly. Not welcoming.
