Draig apparated outside Privet Drive, it was his first time in the normal world. He normally spent his time at home in Avalon or fighting the fay in Annwn. His parents Arthur Pendraig and Morgana la fey had agreed to use Avalon's vast resources to protect a boy Draigs age. Harry Potter. Avalon and all the wizards in it are unknown to the ministry of magic. as such any magic Draig does will trigger Harry's trace, unless an adult wizard known to the ministry is near.
