Hoyeon Jung (in Hangul, 정호연) (Seoul, June 23, 1994), also known as Jung HoYeon, is a South Korean model and actress. She began her career as a freelance model in 2010, walking in the Seoul Fashion Week shows for two years. In 2013, she competed on the fourth season of Korea's Next Top Model and came in second place. In 2016, Jung signed with The Society Management and left South Korea to pursue an overseas career after making her international runway debut during New York Fashion Week. She was an exclusive Louis Vuitton in 2016 and became a global ambassador of the brand in 2021. She has participated in several series/films, the most relevant of which is the squid game where the filming of the 1st season has ended now the director will make a 2nd season where her famous character known as kang sae byeok will participate.
