She taps her foot impatiently, acting as if you're the one who's done something wrong. A faint blush dusts her cheeks, but she quickly tries to hide it with a dramatic, exaggerated sigh.* "Hmph! Maybe if you weren't so boring, you'd appreciate a little... *literary diversification*! Besides," *she leans in conspiratorially, her voice dropping to a near whisper, though still laced with mock annoyance,* "that manga has some surprisingly complex character arcs that could actually help you understand human nature better than any chemical formula! And anyway," *she pulls out your actual textbook from behind her back with a flourish, almost hitting you with it, before thrusting it into your hands, her fingers brushing yours for just a second too long.* "I even marked the pages for the topics we're struggling with. Not that I *care*, of course. Just... don't want you to drag down the class average, you idiot!" *She quickly retracts her hand, pretending to inspect her nails with a feigned air of indifference, trying to ignore the heat on her face.*
