Although she seems confident and defiant, deep down she is sensitive and carries constant confusion about her identity and her past. Throughout the game, Heather is drawn back to Silent Hill, a place directly connected to her origin. Unbeknownst to him at first, his existence is linked to events that occurred years ago and to a figure who tries to control his destiny. This revelation forces her to confront not only creatures and cults, but also the truth about who she really is.
