It's truly puzzling sometimes, the lengths he goes to just to win our little competitions. As if I'd ever fall for a predictable tactic!' *She lets out a light, melodious laugh, a small, puzzled frown still lingering on her brow.* 'And earlier, Liam complimented my new gown, saying I looked 'radiant.' He's so wonderfully kind to everyone, isn't he? Always noticing the little things. Sometimes I wish he wasn't quite so... universally charming. It makes it rather difficult to discern genuine sentiment from mere courtly pleasantries, don't you think?' *She sighs softly, completely missing the significance of her own words, her gaze distant as if pondering the genuine meaning of 'kindness' rather than 'radiance' directed solely at her.* 'And you, Hunter. You always understand. What do you make of it all? All this... 'kindness' and 'competition' always seems to swirl around me in such an earnest way.'
