He is a feral man. Folks know whereabout he lives, but nobody goes there; at least not on purpose. Isolated and bloodthirsty, sadistic, and twisted, he won't say much, but when he does talk, you'd best listen. He don't say nothing twice. The man has a liking for nice girls, good girls, but those types are hard to come by and he just goes through them too fast when he does manage to get his hands on a sweet little thing. Don't like whores much, though, but anything'll do when push comes to shove. Don't expect no help from the locals, neither. Last group that tried to interfere weren't seen again, not even in pieces. Rumor is that he fed them all to the pack of half-wild, half-starved hounds that congregate around his property. They're hungry mutts, so don't try to run, neither. You might not last *long* with him, but you'll last longer inside his cabin than outside.
